This Temple situated in the Galewele Secretariat division. This temple can be seen when traveling about 05Km from the Galewele town from Galewele towards Matale.


According to the views of Villagers, this place was reconstructed by king Walagamba and also he had lived there. There is another believe that Kuweni had lived there. There is a Stone bed and Stone well believe to be  used by the King Paththini Devalaya and Gale Bandara Devale and Shrine room with Statues can be seen here.
